A night of fine dining with Casa Mia
On 29th June, the Gattertop Drinks team had the most wonderful evening, showcasing our vodka as part of an exclusive collaborative dining experience at the beautiful Georgian Estate at Belmont.
Our Founder, Gemma, gave a short speech introducing Gattertop Drinks, talking passionately about the immense heritage of the organic orchards established in 1086. She spoke about how she created the brand, emphasising her core passions, values and objectives that are focused on protecting nature and the environment.
Gattertop’s total commitment to sustainability aligns closely to the work that is being undertaken at the Estate, making us the perfect match for supplying the refreshing beverages at this fine dining event.
Opening the event, guests sipped away at a Gattertop Michelada, a delicious Mexican twist on a Bloody Mary using our award-winning Botanic No.7 followed by a divine culinary experience designed by Zak from the Michellin Star restaurant Casa Mia in Bristol.
The exquisite 11-course tasting menu used ingredients grown on the Belmont Estate with the notion of plot-to-plate being the inspiration for the curation of the dishes by 5 AA rosette restaurant Casa Mia.
The unforgettable dining experience was finished with a shot of Damson No.12 as the perfect digestif. A truly astounding evening with incredible people, unbelievable food, and delicious drinks!
