March cocktail of the month is the Gattertop vodka sour
Sip on something delicious, and celebrate the imminent release of Spring with the Gattertop Vodka Sour. Combining Damson No12 and Botanic No7 the Gattertop vodka sour is a bespoke cocktail creation straight from the orchard.
This incredible cocktail has been developed for Mother’s Day, (March 19th) – super simple and delicious this cocktail will surely win you some brownie points.
With just four ingredients the Gattertop vodka sour is well-balanced, showcasing the natural flavours of the orchard in one simple and delicious cocktail.
Garnish with a frozen damson (if you’re fortunate to have them) and an elegant lemon peel twist. Serve in an ice-filled rocks glass for an extra exceptional finish.

SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Damson No12
- 30ml Botanic No7
- 15ml lemon juice
- 25ml Aquafaba or 1 medium egg white
TO GARNISH
- A damson
- Lemon Peel
METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 1 minute and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
