Damson Blossom

This cocktail combines the sweet and tart flavours of Damson Nº12 with the smoky notes of bourbon, balanced out by the tangy lime juice. The sweetness of the damson is tempered by the smokiness of the bourbon, while the tangy lime juice provides a bright and refreshing contrast. The drizzle of elderflower liqueur adds a delicate floral note that ties everything together.


(SERVES 1)

INGREDIENTS

  • 40ml Damson Nº12
  • 15ml Bourbon
  • 20ml Lime Juice
  • Drizzle Elderflower Liqueur over the top

TO GARNISH

  • Blossom

METHOD

  • Pour all the measured ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake for 10 seconds and strain into an Old Fashioned style glass.
  • Finish with a drizzle of elderflower liqueur over the top.
  • Garnish with fresh blossom.
