A sophisticated short drink, the damson cherry vodka sour is one of our signature cocktails. Showing off the true versatility of Damson Nº12 the cherry vodka sour takes Amaretto, lemon and cherry juice vigorously shaken with egg whites to create the perfect foam. A real show-stopping vodka sour!

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Damson No12
• 25ml Amaretto 
• 50ml lemon juice
• 50ml cherry juice
• 1 medium egg white
• 1 tbsp cherry Kirsch syrup or grenadine
• A cherry and sprig of tarragon for garnish

METHOD

• Add all ingredients apart from the garnish to a cocktail shaker.
• Secure tightly and vigorously shake for 1 minute (important as using an egg white)
• Pour into a short tumbler and wait for the foam to settle.
• Garnish with a cherry and a sprig of tarragon.
