INGREDIENTS FOR COCKTAIL (SERVES 1)
- 30 ml Damson Liqueur
- 2 strawberries
- 20 ml Lime Juice
- Prosecco
To Garnish
- Fresh rosemary
METHOD
- Add all ingredients except the Prosecco to a cocktail shaker
- Shake for 15 seconds
- Strain into a champagne flute
- Top up with Prosecco
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary
