GINGER TWIST
(SERVES 1)
This simple yet sophisticated ginger twist cocktail is a warming take on the classic V&T. Drawing on the warming spice of ginger and a squeeze of orange this ginger twist with Damson No12 is simply delicious.

INGREDIENTS
- 25ml Damson No 12
- Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer if you prefer a fiery kick
METHOD
- Add a generous measure of Damson No 12 to a glass with plenty of ice
- Top up with the mixer
- And simply garnish with an orange twist
