SWEET SERENITY SPRITZ
A light and effervescent cocktail that is perfect for a warm spring day. This cocktail features the subtle herbal and floral flavours of Botanic No7, botanical vodka mixed with sweet honey syrup and tangy bergamot juice. The addition of soda water adds a fizzy kick that makes this drink a refreshing thirst quencher.
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
25ml Honey Syrup
20ml Bergamot Juice
100ml Soda Water
METHOD
Shake multi-award-winning Botanic No7, honey syrup, and bergamot juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the mixture into it until about 80% full making sure to leave room to finish with soda water.
