This cocktail uses Damson Nº12 vodka and Castle Brooks English sparkling wine. A damson liqueur and English sparkling wine that are both produced in Herefordshire, creating a unique and decadent combination that celebrates the natural flavours of the English countryside. This cocktail is perfect for celebrating with loved ones and toasting to the new King.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
- 20ml Damson Nº12
- 15ml Lemon juice
- Castle Brook English sparkling wine
To Garnish
- A twist of lemon peel
METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a flute glass, top up with Sparkling wine and garnish with a twist of lemon.
