It doesn’t get much simpler or refreshing than a vodka gimlet. A good vodka gimlet should be two things and two things only, cold and strong. So before you embark on this classic cocktail it’s best to keep your vodka in the freezer.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
- 50 ml Vodka
- 20 ml Lime Juice
- 10 ml Simple Syrup
To Garnish
- Wheel of lime
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a stirring glass filled with ice
- Stir for 15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupette martini glass.
- Garnish with a wheel of lime
