Slip on a refreshing watermelon vodka slush all summer long! Made with multi-award-winning Botanic No7, frozen watermelon, lime juice and elderflower cordial for the a mouthwatering way to cool down during the hot sunny days this summer!

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
Ingredients
- 45ml Botanic No 7
- 20ml Lime juice
- 15ml Elderflower cordial
- 5 Watermelon chunks
To Garnish
- Garnish with a slice of watermelon
METHOD
- Freeze the cubes of watermelon
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 45 seconds.
- Pour the content of the blender into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of watermelon.
