Watermelon Vodka Slush

Sip on a refreshing watermelon vodka slush all summer long! Made with multi-award-winning Botanic Nº7, frozen watermelon, lime juice and elderflower cordial for the a mouthwatering way to cool down during the hot and sunny days this summer!

(SERVES 1)

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Botanic Nº7
• 20ml Lime juice
• 15ml Elderflower cordial
• 5 Watermelon chunks 

TO GARNISH

• Garnish with a slice of watermelon

METHOD

• Freeze the cubes of watermelon.
• Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 45 seconds. 
• Pour the content of the blender into a chilled martini glass.
• Garnish with a slice of watermelon.
