At a very exciting time for the vodka industry, Gattertop Drinks Cº is at the forefront of creating orchard-inspired, infused British vodka. The farm in Herefordshire called Gattertop dates back to 1086 and is where we hand-pick all of the organic ingredients used to flavour our premium British vodka.
Sustainably driven and one of the first carbon-neutral drinks companies in the UK, Gattertop Drinks is committed to preserving and protecting the orchards, safeguarding the landscape we rely on to produce our meticulously crafted organic vodka.
To support the growing demand and overall growth of the business, Gattertop Drinks is looking for a sales executive, with at least 1 year of experience, to join the fast-moving, young, dynamic and highly motivated team and help grow the sales for our award-winning vodka across the UK.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Working in partnership with the Head of Sales, the outline of the sales executive role is to engage, track, train and evolve with new and existing on-trade partners and any luxury retail opportunities to drive the rate of sale. The overall aim is to grow the revenue stream of these sales channels in line with company targets and strategy.

This role is for someone who is not only hands-on and commercially minded but sociable and enthusiastic.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering the company’s sales targets for the On-Trade and luxury retail channel through existing stockists as well as seeking out new business.
- Develop strong relationships by being at the forefront of engaging, training, tracking and evolving our stockists to drive the rate of sale.
- Deliver brilliant customer sales activation to promote the brand and ensure not only strong sales but successful awareness and engagement.
- Report on sales activity and maintain an organised CRM. Organised administration is vital.
- Hands-on approach to helping out the marketing team with events and activations to support the sales growth in line with our on-trade sales strategy.

- You ideally have at least 1 year of experience within an on-trade sales or hospitality role
- You love vodka and can see the considerable opportunity for a premium vodka brand off the back of the gin boom over these last few years.
- Are ideally based in London
- Ideally, you hold a clean driving license.
- Be prepared to work hospitality hours so evenings and weekends if required.
