True innovation comes from simplicity and that’s how the Long Martini came to be. The classic Martini is lengthened with soda for a refreshing twist on a timeless cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 60ml Botanic Nº7
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
- 10ml Fresh lime
- Basil and pomegranate soda water
- Fresh basil
METHOD
- Pour the measured ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Stir with a bar spoon until cold.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with fresh basil.
