Envisioning a contemporary Gattertop take on the the 1984 classic Bramble. This reimagined bramble blends tradition and innovation for a captivating experience. Muddle Damson Nº12 with blackberries at the base of the glass, fill with crushed ice and then finish with elderflower liqueur.

50ml Damson Nº12
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Elderflower cordial
METHOD
- Muddle a blackberry at the bottom of a glass.
- Shake Damson Nº12 and lemon juice together.
- Fill a glass with crushed ice and pour over.
- Drizzle the elderflower cordial over the top.
- Garnish with edible flowers.
