Gattertop Drinks Unveils Its First Summer Garden at Rotunda
Tucked away beside the sunlit banks of Regent’s Canal, just a stone’s throw from King’s Cross, a secret garden is in bloom. This summer, Gattertop Drinks is proud to unveil its first-ever seasonal garden activation in collaboration with Green & Fortune’s award-winning venue, Rotunda—a tranquil terrace transformed into a countryside escape in the heart of the capital.

Rooted in Sustainability: From Orchard to Glass
At Gattertop, our connection to nature runs deep. Our vodkas are made with windfall apples, repurposed damsons, and ingredients harvested directly from our organic farm in Herefordshire. Sustainability isn’t a campaign—it’s the foundation of everything we do. This ethos made Green & Fortune, pioneers of a gate-to-plate philosophy, the ideal partners for our first outdoor brand activation.
Since opening in 2008, Rotunda has set the standard for ethical sourcing in hospitality. All their beef and lamb come from their own grass-fed herds in Northumberland, and their on-site butchery ensures transparency from field to fork. By partnering with Gattertop Drinks, they’ve extended this commitment from the plate to the glass—offering a drink experience where every sip tells a story of provenance, craft, and care.

A Shared Vision Brought to Life
Together, we’ve reimagined Rotunda’s canal-side terrace as a countryside sanctuary—an urban garden where the bustle of the city fades and the rhythms of orchard life take over. Lush greenery, heritage-inspired decor, and sun-drenched seating invite guests to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy a drink made with purpose.
Over the coming months, the terrace will evolve with the season, blooming into a haven for Londoners seeking a nature-forward, sustainable drinking experience. At its heart is a cocktail menu crafted with integrity, creativity, and a strong sense of place.
The Orchard-Inspired Cocktail Menu
The new drinks menu draws inspiration from the English countryside and features seasonal serves made in partnership with some of our most exciting collaborators: Foreva Farmers and Amazzoni Gin.
Foreva Farmers, our Herefordshire neighbours, are innovators in the world of sustainable drinks. Their family-run farm has created the world’s first range of renewable mixers—crafted using 100% natural ingredients and powered entirely by renewable energy.
From their pioneering tonics to Gattertop’s award-winning vodkas and Amazzoni’s globally celebrated botanicals, each cocktail has been developed with a shared goal: to support regenerative agriculture, reduce waste, and celebrate small, independent producers.
Highlights from the Summer Menu:
Damson & Elderflower Spritz

A sparkling countryside celebration—floral, tart and fruit-forward.
