Vodka Gimlet
It doesn’t get much simpler or refreshing than a vodka gimlet. A good vodka gimlet should be two things and two things only, cold and strong. So before you embark on this classic cocktail it’s best to keep your vodka in the freezer.
(SERVES 1)
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Nº1 Classic Vodka
- 20ml Lime juice
- 10ml Simple syrup
To Garnish
- Sorrel leaf
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a stirring glass filled with ice.
- Stir for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe martini glass.
- Garnish with a sorrel leaf.
