This simple yet sophisticated ginger twist cocktail is a warming take on the classic V&T. Drawing on the warming spice of ginger and a squeeze of orange this ginger twist with Damson Nº12 is simply delicious.

INGREDIENTS
- 25ml Damson Nº12
- Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer if you prefer a fiery kick
GARNISH
- Orange twist
METHOD
- Add a generous measure of Damson Nº12 to a glass with plenty of ice.
- Top up with ginger ale.
- And simply garnish with an orange twist.
