- 50ml Botanic Nº7
- 12.5ml Triple Sec
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 3ml Miracle foamer
- Bay leaf
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, hold the ice and ‘dry shake’ for 10 seconds.
- Add the ice and shake for a further 10 second. This creates the thick and luxurious foam.
- Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a bay leaf
