Spring Equinox Cocktail Recipe:

Ingredients:

50ml Botanic Nº7

20ml lemon juice

20ml honey syrup

Newton Court apple cider

To Garnish:

Fresh mint

Method:

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Botanic Nº7, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
