This rich and decadent twist on the iconic Manhattan features our Damson Nº12—a plum-infused masterpiece that brings depth and warmth to the classic cocktail. Paired with smooth whiskey and a hint of bitters, this cocktail is a true celebration of autumn’s ripening produce, finished with the last of the season’s cherries.
(SERVES 1)
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Damson Nº12
- 25ml Whiskey
- 2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients into a stirring jug filled with ice.
- Stir for 15 seconds and pour into a chilled Martini glass.
- Garnish with a single cherry.
