- 40ml Damson No12
- 15ml Bourbon
- 20ml Lime Juice
- Drizzle Elderflower Liqueur over the top
Pour all the measured ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into an Old Fashioned style glass. Finish with a drizzle of elderflower liqueur over the top and garnish with fresh blossom.

- 25ml Honey Syrup
- 20ml Bergamot Juice
- 100ml Soda Water
Shake multi-award-winning Botanic No7, honey syrup, and bergamot juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the mixture into it until about 80% full making sure to leave room to finish with soda water.

- 15ml Basil Syrup
- 20ml Lime Juice
- 100ml Raspberry soda water
- Fresh basil
Measure out Damson No12, homemade basil syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Charge with raspberry soda for a fizzy finish. Garnish with 2 fresh basil leaves.
