It is a floral and herbaceous vodka with notes of Elderflower, rosemary, nettle, basil, damson leaves, apple blossom and coriander. These natural ingredients are handpicked from the orchard in spring and summer creating a truly authentic and considered taste. Similar to gin in its concept but we just don’t flavour with juniper this allows the natural ingredients to shine, making it perfect for classic cocktails like Martinis or simple serves like a Vodka Soda Lime.
In autumn, Gattertop Drinks captures the essence of the season with Damson Nº12, a meticulously crafted damson vodka liqueur. Founder Gemma, was inspired by an abundance of unused damsons on the farm. Whole damsons are steeped in premium grain vodka for 12 months yielding a deep, jewel-toned hue and a decadent, plummy flavour unique to Gattertop. With each sip, Damson Nº12 transports drinkers to the orchard during the crisp autumn months, evoking a sense of warmth and nostalgia. Best served in a British Negroni, with ginger ale or with prosecco.
