Damson Summer Spritz
Make the perfect summer spritz this season with the internationally acclaimed Damson Nº12. Simply swap Aperol for Damson Nº12 for a quintessentially British take on the unrivalled summer spritz.
(SERVES 1)
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Damson Nº12
- 20ml Lime Juice
- English sparking wine
TO GARNISH
- Fresh rosemary
- Strawberries
METHOD
- Add all ingredients except the English sparking wine to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top up with English sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and strawberry.
