Lemon drop Martini
Make the perfect lemon drop martini with award-winning botanical vodka Botanic Nº7. Mix Botanic Nº7 with lemon juice and triple sec shaken with ice to make this refreshing lemon drop martini with a botanical twist. Dip the rim of the glass in sugar and lemon zest to really impress your guests!
(SERVES 1)
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Botanic Nº7
- 25ml Triple Sec
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- Zest half a lemon
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
METHOD
- Put a martini glass in the fridge to chill.
- Finely grate the zest of half a lemon and add to one tbsp caster sugar.
- Measure our the Botanic Nº7, triple sec and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with lots of ice.
- Shake for 10 seconds.
- Take out the martini glass, dip the rim in cold water, shake off excess and dip in the zest and sugar mix.
- Pour the delicious cocktail into the glass and serve.
